Description

A Hunt Chief is the Mane's most trusted lioness, as well as the most powerful in the pride after the Mane. Most of the time, she is the Mane's mate, she also usually has borne the most cubs with the mane of the pride.

In order to become hunt chief, she must become a huntress first. She leads the hunts and is the one who names the huntresses in their huntress assessment. She is also the one to decide or except a No-Mane as the new mane of the pride.

She is usually the eldest lioness in the with the most experience, unless she is ill like sharptongue, or has other reasons for being unable to lead.
